This policy applies to anyone associated with Galaxy United FC and includes, but is not limited to, players, coaches, officials, staff, members and volunteers.

This policy covers all forms of electronic communications and social media. The intent of this policy is to include anything posted online or communicated electronically where information shared might affect
Galaxy United FC.
Social Media and electronic communication platforms can be used provided that such communications are courteous, respectful and factual. Do not engage in any communication that in Galaxy United FC’s reasonable opinion;
(a) is abusive, offensive, inappropriate, defamatory, discriminatory, misleading, deceptive or illegal;
(b) is intended to intimidate, humiliate or bully someone;
(c) discloses another individual’s personal information;
(d) discloses confidential or competitive information regarding Galaxy United FC;
(e) is of a nature that may bring Galaxy United FC, the sport of football or yourself into disrepute.
Galaxy United FC reserves the right to amend or change the Social Media Policy at any time without notice and encourages you to periodically review these guidelines to ensure you are in compliance.
Any breach of this policy may be subject to disciplinary action by Galaxy United FC.
